Mini-K system with compact design for process and application development. 
The benchtop unit is produced for evaluation of small volumes of liquid requiring a filtration, separation, concentration or purification. The unit is ideal as an efficient screening tool for initial development work. It also facilitates rationalization of various separation processes.

Can generate reliable scale-up results from laboratory to small-scale production 
Available with ceramic and or polymeric membrane. Flat sheet and/or spiral membranes available as an option
The permeate (or filtrate) is collected outside of the carter with the help of permeate outlets; the retentate circulates through the circulation pump feed with the product to be treated. 
Recommended flow rate between 200 and 600 l/h.
Can be easily monitored and adapted via LEONARDO SCADA user friendly software
Active product cooling during filtration
Excellent performances in Microfiltration, Ultrafiltration and Nanofiltration.

Feasibility testing

Feasibility testing with the benchtop unit provides a qualitative insight to separation performance and parameter optimization, as well as an early indication of process economics.

Membrane testing

Membrane testing is advisable in many projects for optimization of the actual membrane process and subsequent downstream processing. It can also be used for making product samples for market evaluation of a new product or to optimize existing installations.
