LEM_2 is Solaris’ high-performance process controller for pilot-scale M series fermenters and bioreactors. Designed for compact efficiency, it features a stainless-steel industrial cabinet housing a 24” touchscreen PC with Leonardo software for intuitive operation.

Key features include:

  • Siemens 7 PLC-based control – Ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless integration.
  • Customizable Pump Configuration – Choose from Watson Marlow WM114, WM313, WM520, or WM114 ST based on process needs.
  • Complete Measurement & Control – Fully manages all automation functions of the fermenter/bioreactor.
