Instead of a traditional HMI, it allows full control of key process parameters via a direct connection to your laptop, tablet, or smartphone—provided they're on the same Wi-Fi network. This ensures flexibility and accessibility at an affordable price point.

The ONE benchtop bioreactor combines high quality with affordability, offering precise control of essential process parameters in a 2 L version. The IO benchtop lab scale bioreactor is compact and user-friendly, requiring only an electrical connection, and is available in 200 and 1000 mL sizes. The JUPITER benchtop lab scale bioreactor is a highly configurable and adaptable solution, providing a more flexible platform than ONE or IO, with a capacity range of 2 to 10 L. Depending on your needs, Solaris Biotech can offer you a solution.

A single-wall bioreactor regulates temperature using a cooling finger and a heating blanket. Cold water from a chiller (or tap water) flows through the cooling finger when cooling is needed or warms the heating blanket when heat is required—this applies to both ONE and JUPITER bioreactors.
In contrast, the double-wall JUPITER bioreactor uses a jacket filled with water for thermoregulation. The water inside the jacket is heated by resistors at the bottom or cooled by water from a chiller (or tap water), ensuring precise temperature control.
For the IO bioreactor, thermoregulation is managed by a Peltier cell, allowing for a fully electric temperature regulation system.

JUPITER bioreactors are available in both single- and double-wall configurations, whereas the IO is exclusively supplied in a double-wall setup and the ONE as single-wall.

The JUPITER bioreactor is available in 2, 4, 6.5, and 10 L, offering both single- and double-wall configurations. The IO bioreactor comes in 200 mL and 1 L, exclusively in a double-wall setup, while the ONE is only available in 2 L, supplied solely in a single-wall configuration.

Some Solaris bioreactor models, such as the ONE model, offer remote control capabilities via Wi-Fi connection. This allows operators to monitor and adjust process parameters in real time, improving management and operational efficiency
